If you’re the seller’s agent on a Savvilla transaction (2-owner Tenants In Common | 50/50), the seller’s agent commission goes to you. When there are two buyer’s agents representing 2 buyers on a Savvilla TIC transaction, those agents typically split the buyer’s agent commission.

If your client is visiting a Savvilla destination, book a tour through the listing agent for any home you see on our website. Many agents are equipped meet with you or your client(s) remotely.

Our only rule for agents is that you need to have pre-qualified your buyers for their ability to invest in a Savvilla before engaging our team. Our ability to provide Rolls Royce-level agent + client support is contingent on dealing exclusively with well-qualified buyers.
